Shipping Information Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please note: Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed
  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
  • MELÁ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Include:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description
Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
